I have been working with great pleasure at the RU as an IT administrator since 2005. My expertise is in the following areas:

Administrator of the RU workstations (Laptops, Employee and Study) Windows 10 (Certified):

- Provide Windows 10 security updates.
- Install new Windows 10 versions.
- Making applications available and installing them.

Administrator of MECM (SCCM): (Certified)

With MECM, the workplace administrators manage the Windows RU workplaces. This is the central system with which we can send applications to workstations or put them available in Software Center, but also updates, changes to the registry and much more.

Knowledge of certain Microsoft 365 services:

- 365 apps management and installation (incl Project and Visio 2019).
- Implementation 365 apps settings.
- Mobile Device Management (Certified).
- Mobile Application Management (Certified).

PowerShell knowledge (basic)

2nd line support for helpdesk:

If there are complex problems/incidents that the helpdesk cannot solve regarding to the RU workplace, I or one of my workplace administrators will look into this to find and implement a suitable temporary but possibly also a structural solution.
