Steffi Menten is PhD candidate in the project ‘Embracing Industry 4.0? change agents and open digital technology implementation’. She received a master’s degree in Business Administration with the specialization Innovation & Entrepreneurship from the Radboud University. She has a double appointment at both the Radboud University and the HAN University of Applied Sciences.
Her research focuses on how actors in firms unlock and apply external resources for the implementation of new digital technologies. Specifically, interorganizational collaboration in fieldlabs and how actors engage in boundary work are of interest.
Her teaching duties include various courses focused on innovation and data analytics at the HAN University of Applied Sciences, as well as master thesis supervision and involvement in courses in the OD&D master specialization.
