Dr T. Miedtank (Tina)

Tina Miedtank is Assistant Professor at the Institute for Management Research.
She received her Ph.D. degree in Business Studies from King’s College London (UK).

Before joining Radboud University, Tina spent 1,5 years at Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University (RSM) for the European Commission-funded EQUAL4EUROPE research project and 2 years as a postdoc fellow at the Institute of Management at the Université de Neuchâtel, in Switzerland. Tina has also worked for UNESCO in Nepal developing projects to empower Nepalese women and girls.

Tina’s research investigates how trends impact knowledge transfer processes, HR and inclusion and diversity practices. She aims to contribute to a more effective management of inclusion and knowledge in organizations.
