Dr K.F. van den Oever (Koen)

I am an assistant professor at the department of Business Administration (Nijmegen School of Management) at Radboud University Nijmegen. My research is centered around three main topics: interorganizational relationships (IORs), strategic decision-making, and board of director composition. In short, I use a behavioral lens to study when organizations engage in IORs, the influence of board of director composition on the strategic decision-making process, and how different forms of decision-making affect organization's behavior in IORs.
