Anne-Linde Oldenhof has been a PhD candidate in the Organizational Design and Development chair group since December 2021. She conducts research into the specific relationship between the organizational design of municipalities and the extent to which municipalities achieve their strategic objectives. For this she looks at the explanatory power of two overarching organizational design approaches (economies of flow and economies of scale). The results of the research can contribute to improving the quality of the design of municipal organizations.

Anne-Linde obtained a Master's degree in Public Administration and a Master's degree in Business Administration at Radboud University. She also has six years of experience in the context of local government, as as a policy researcher at various provincial audit committees, member of municipal audit committees and as a management advisor at a municipality.
