C.L. Orozco Jauregui (Cristina) MSc

My research specializes in biomechanics, motor control and human performance, focusing on the intersection of experimental motion analysis and computational modeling. I have experience in the collection, processing, and analysis of multi-modal biomechanical data, utilizing 3D motion capture (marker-based and marker-less), force plates, EMG, and EEG. I specialize in custom numerical modeling (via MATLAB and Python) alongside musculoskeletal simulation software (OpenSim). The aim of my work is to translate these methodologies into impactful solutions within clinical rehabilitation, geriatric fall prevention, and/or elite sports performance research.
