Cas Polman is a PhD candidate in Public Administration at Radboud University. His research focuses on the governance of municipally owned corporations in the Netherlands.
In his dissertation, he develops new insights into the governance, management, and performance of these organizations, with particular attention to the influence of multiple logics, goal ambiguity, and organizational diversity.
Cas obtained his Bachelor’s degree in Political Science in 2023 and graduated cum laude with a Master’s degree in Comparative Politics in 2025, both at Radboud University. Through the Radboud Honours Academy, he also contributed to advisory reports for, among others, the Ministry of Health, Welfare and Sport.
