I am a PhD candidate focusing on the topics of cognition, sleep and eHealth. It is my goal to research the technological aspects, psychological factors, older adults’ requirements and preferences for personalizing motivating eHealth technology. I have a special focus on sleep and cognitive training lifestyle domains. It is my passion is to support people to independently live at home, as healthy and long as possible.

My PhD is part of the MOCIA consortium, MOCIA stands for “Maintaining Optimal Cognitive function in Ageing”.
