Prof. B.P.M. van Ravels (Bruno)

Professor Bruno van Ravels specializes in Dutch administrative law and in the interface between administrative law and civil law. His areas of research are: governmental liability and legal protection against the government; lawful and unlawful government action; compensation; compensation for loss resulting from administrative acts. Professor van Ravels is also a lawyer (he is a partner at AKD Prinsen Van Wijmen in Breda). He is also a member of the Advisory Committee on Water Management and Infrastructure Laws (Commissie van Advies inzake de Waterstaatswetgeving).
