Frisbee sports (ultimate and discgolf). Active ultimate player since 1986, as a trainer/coach since 1991, as a instructor active at school (primary and secondary) since 2014. I've developed teaching methods for PE-teachers for performing frisbee lessons to kids from 6 years up to 18 years old.
