I am a PhD candidate and lecturer in psychology. I conduct my doctoral research within the Social Development research group of the Behavioural Science Institute. My research focuses on emotional synchrony. It entails that people naturally adjust their own emotions to match the emotions of others. I investigate how synchrony develops over the course of life and what role it plays in individuals' social-emotional functioning.
In addition to conducting research, I am involved in teaching statistics within the Psychology bachelor's program as a lecturer.
