I work as a communications advisor for the Prevent Care Cure project. Our goal? Strengthening social safety within the university. Creating a culture where everyone feels comfortable studying, working, and being themselves.

Communication plays a key role in this. How do we make a complex and sometimes sensitive topic open for discussion? How do we ensure that policies don’t end up in a drawer but actually lead to change? I help translate insights into clear and effective messages.

My work includes:
• Advising on communication strategies to drive university-wide cultural change
• Developing accessible and impactful content
• Organizing events and dialogues to raise awareness and encourage change
• Collaborating with internal and external partners to share knowledge and experiences
