As Project Manager for Initial Education, he contributes to the development of excellent education for students who are trained as teachers of the future. This includes, for example, substantive thinking about the existing and future curriculum, the development of flexible, tailor-made programs for students from different backgrounds and setting up new two-year teacher training programs together with the faculties of Radboud University, the network of schools and other university teacher training programs.
In addition, he plays an important role in the quality assurance of existing and future programs, through coordination and analysis of evaluations among students, lecturers and the professional field.
