Jonas Röttger is a PhD student of the Marie Curie ITN Program FINDER, a competitive research grant by the European Commission working in Strategy and Innovation at the Department of Business Administration of Radboud University Nijmegen, The Netherlands. Jonas is also part of the team of the Radboud Centre for Organization Restructuring.

The FINDER program has received funding from the European Union’s Horizon 2020 research and innovation programme under the Marie Skłodowska-Curie grant agreement No 813095. The research and training program is driven by a collaboration of Radboud University and Atos, teaming up in this trajectory over a period of four years.

Jonas holds a Master's degree in Human Factors from the Berlin Insitute of Technology and a Bachelor's degree in Business Psychology from Leuphana University. He gained first professional experience as a usability engineer in medical engineering designing and testing user interfaces for intensive care units. After graduating, he completed a business and IT traineeship at equensWorldline where he worked in risk management and security for financial services.

Jonas' research focuses on behavioral factors in mergers and acquisitions, investigating the influence of non-verbal communication in impression management on market reactions.
