Useful and ethical are the core values that motivate my research. In my Ph.D., I work on machine learning applications in psychiatry. There are four pillars of my Ph.D. project: 1) practical implementations, 2) technical innovation, 3) ethical considerations, and 4) clinical endpoint applications. Ultimately, this work connects and balances data-driven machine learning techniques with clinical domain knowledge to build tools that can empower patients.
