I am a researcher and developer in the field of Language and Speech Technology at the Humanties Lab of the faculty of Arts.
The common thread in my work are (large) collections of data. I have created, validated and curated (mainly) speech databases. In my PhD research I used Twitter messages to forecast election results.
Besides research and development I teach beginners courses programming in Python to bachelor and PhD students.
