C.L. Schleijpen (Carmen)

Carmen Schleijpen holds an LLB in European Law (cum laude, 2015) and an LLM in Dutch (Private) Law (cum laude, 2017) from Radboud University Nijmegen. During her LLM, she also studied in Stockholm, Sweden.

As of March 2020 she works as a lecturer and PhD Candidate at the faculty. She previously worked as a lecturer for the department of Private Law and as a legal adviser at the Tijdelijke Commissie Mijnbouwschade in Groningen/Instituut Mijnbouwschade Groningen.

She is preparing a dissertation on the civil liability of the arbitrator.
