R.R. Smits (Roeland)

Expertise in the field of sports-specific strength training, endurance training and individual coaching of performance athletes. Active for 5 years as a professional triathlete, as a member of the Dutch team. Achievements include four times vice-champion at the long distance championship, three times a top 10 ranking in the internationally highly regarded triathlon in Roth (D) and an 8th place at the European long distance championships. With a personal triathlon record of 8:09 on the full distance and best splits of 0:49:56 swimming (3.8km), 4:26:55 cycling (180km) and 2:38:54 on the run (42.2km) a lot of specialist knowledge has been gained on all 3 disciplines.
