N. Soylu (Nesli)

Nesli Soylu is a PhD candidate at the Centre for Migration Law (CMR). Her PhD research uses a combination of socio-legal and empirical methods to examine the interplay between class and migration status.

She has a Bachelor of Laws in European Law from Maastricht University and a Master of Laws in Public International Law from Leiden University. She has previously worked as an immigration consultant.

She is a coordinator of the Netherlands Network of Human Rights Research (NNHRR) Working Group on Migration & Borders.
