Camil Staps is a PhD candidate in theoretical and Semitic linguistics. His research focuses on the representation of agency and causality in language. He takes a theoretical linguistic perspective and apply the results to Biblical Hebrew.
Camil Staps is supervised by Johan Rooryck (cOAlition S / Universiteit Leiden) and Ellen van Wolde (Radboud Universiteit).
