I am interested in the the financial behavior and psychology of households over short and long horizons. In particular, I study the dynamic patterns of risk and time preferences as well as individuals' tendency to make myopic financial decisions. I believe that understanding how people perceive the future will help us to improve policies targeted towards long-term financial well-being.
