EU and Indonesian public procurement and competition law, specializing in the prevention and deterrence of bid rigging. My PhD research offers a comparative analysis of the legal frameworks and enforcement mechanisms in both jurisdictions, exploring how they address anti-competitive practices (bid rigging) in public procurement. I am passionate about promoting transparency, fairness, and stronger safeguards against collusion to foster more competitive and efficient public procurement markets.
