P. Teunissen (Peter)

Peter Teunissen is assistant professor of private law with a specialisation in intellectual property law. He is a member of the Business Law Institute (OO&R). His research covers national, European, international and comparative intellectual property law, unfair competition, fundamental rights and European Union Law. In 2024, he defended his PhD on “Injunctions and Proportionality in Intellectual Property Law”.
