- Currently Leading a central team to coordinate the activities of 25 Community Based Rehabilitation (CBR) Organizations in 9 of the 10 regions of Cameroon to undertake strategic planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation for quality improvement of the lives of thousands of children and youths with disabilities in Cameroon.
- Harnessing financial, human and technical resources from international and national partner organizations to finance and build the capacity of local partner organization on regular basis.
