Olga is a PhD candidate/Junior Lecturer at the Nijmegen School of Management at Radboud University. Her research examines consumers’ post-adoption experience in the domain of mHealth innovation, with a focus on the paradoxical effects they have on consumers and how the latter cope with them. In her studies, she draws upon theories from marketing, innovation, and human-computer interaction studies and applies a combination of qualitative and quantitative methods.
Before joining Radboud University, she held researcher positions at imec-SMIT-VUB and KULeuven, while she has also worked in the digital healthcare industry. A main thread connecting her research activities is the focus on human experience in interaction with intelligent technologies and the design of theory-driven behavioural interventions.
Earlier, she graduated from the University of Groningen with a MSc in Behavioural and Social Sciences and from Tilburg University with a MA in Communication and Information Sciences.
