As a PhD candidate of the Nijmegen School of Management, Irina conducts her research in the field of inclusion at the Dutch Central Government. The aim is to develop an inclusion monitor in order for ministries to record the level of inclusion. Moreover, based on these results, interventions will be devised and implemented in the public sector.
Irina Tziamali is a former DE&I Officer of the Dutch Royal Air Force and she has been awarded multiple times for her work in the field of DE&I, integrity and social safety. More recently, she has been included in the 35 UNDER 35 of JASON institute which features young professionals who work in the field of Peace & Security under the age of 35.
