I am team lead for the target group team potential employees and thus responsible for labour market communication and Radboud University's employer brand. With the team, I focus on brand awareness of Radboud University as an employer. And positioning Radboud University as an attractive employer. We also support recruitment in developing marketing campaigns to fill specific vacancies.

Also I work on the positioning of Radboud University and the campaign management of You have a part to play campaigns.

I'm also responsible for the optimal customer journey and information for new employees. With the aim of giving them a good start at Radboud University and contributing to proud employees.
