Prof. H.L.E. Verhagen (Rick)

Professor Rick Verhagen researches the private law aspects of international transactions, particularly finance transactions. In addition, he is particularly interested in aspects of comparative law and legal history of the assignation of sales, trusts, contracts, and unfair gains. Verhagen also works as a lawyer with the multinational law firm Clifford Chance.
