In my research, I try to better understand neurodevelopmental disorders in children and how they can best be defined and assessed. More specifically, my focus is on:
- Comorbidity between specific learning disabilities and mental health problems
- Early identification of internalising problems (e.g., symptoms of anxiety and sadness) in children
- Psychoeducational assessment instruments and their suitability for specific target groups (“test fairness”)
