In my education and research I focus on policy and management issues at the intersection of religion and society. Currently I am interested in religious environmentalism, images of human - nature interaction and 'green' or 'blue' religion and theology in the Netherlands and Indonesia. I use the Dialogical Self Theory as research perspective, and Critical Discourse Analysis as research method.
