Thabo van Woudenberg investigates the role peers play in shaping the behaviors of today's youth. Specifically, he is interested in positive behaviors, such as health-related behaviors, pro-social behaviors and pro-environmental behaviors. Thabo explores how the formation and behavior of friends can influence an individual's behavior and how influential individuals can impact group behavior. His work underscores the critical need to understand and harness the power of peer dynamics for positive societal progress.
