As a Management Assistant at both the Institute for Science Education and the Institute Science in Society, I try to provide structure. I support the professors and university lecturers in their work and try to provide a sense of calm where possible. Because I work for two different institutes, I am fortunate that I get to deal with different working methods. In this, I get the chance to promote more cooperation and agreement.
