I am working as a PhD candidate in the group of Richárd Bártfai, where I investigate dormant forms of the malaria parasite, the hypnozoite. For this, I am using different molecular biological and Omics techniques. The goal of my research is to learn more about the biology of the hypnozoite, to understand better why and when patients get recurrent malaria symptoms.
