The Nijmeegse BIG-opleidingen for Healthcare Psychologist, Psychotherapist en Klinical Psychologist are organised by the Radboud Centre Social Sciences under the responsibility of a partnership between Radboud University and a foundation of practice institutions. With effect from March 2015, this partnership was formalised in the Stichting Psychologische vervolgOpleidingen Nijmegen (SPON).
With the establishment of the SPON, a clear governance structure has been created that matches the place of BIG courses within Radboud University and the practice field. The board is responsible for the quality of the courses and for maintaining their accreditation. The foundation has a board consisting of three members on behalf of Radboud University and three members on behalf of the practice institutions:

- drs. F. Aukema (Radboud University)
- dr. J. Huijser MBA (GGNet)
- drs. E. Harteveld (Karakter)

The SPON board has three advisory members:
- prof. dr. J. Egger (programme director for the Healthcare Psychologist and Clinical Psychologist programme)
- prof. dr. E.van Ee (programme director in the training of Psychotherapists)
- dr. J. Delicat (director Radboud Centre Social Sciences)
