During this free inspirational session, organised in collaboration with Social Impact Factory, Dr Marije Klomp, MA, and Dr Willem Elbers demonstrate how to move from isolated initiatives to a widely supported, strategic and well-founded sustainability movement.
They will discuss community building, storytelling and fellowships as evidence-based levers for cultural and behavioural change. In doing so, they will combine insights from their own academic research with practical experience gained at organisations including Johnson & Johnson and Green ASML. This live inspiration session is based on a previous Radboud webinar on this topic. The small-scale setting allows more scope for questions, interaction and discussion with the speakers and other professionals.
