In-Company Trainings on High Ability
Would you like to train teachers, counselors or policy makers within your organisation to discover, recognize and challenge talents? Radboud University has been offering workshops and programmes in the field of High Ability for over 30 years.
Inclusive education for society
We believe that individuals with high abilities should not be labeled but should be given the education and support they need. By catering to their needs we can ensure that their learning curve and well-being is optimized. This enables them to fulfill their potential and to make profound contributions to society. Let's connect and cooperate.

Courses
Our courses offer insights into definitions and models of giftedness, practical identification methods, an introduction to giftedness and learning disabilities, understanding underachievement, and guidelines for effective guidance of gifted professionals.

Programmes
In our RITHA programme, your teachers and other education professionals can acquire in-depth knowledge and skills that structurally improve the education and guidance of gifted students. After completing the programme, they become part of a broad network where recent developments and best practices are shared. This ensures that your school remains at the forefront of educational innovation. After the program, they can continue their development through intensive modules, workshops, and follow-up days.
