The best way to learn how to navigate the complexities of sustainability work as a sustainable leader is in the company of fellow sustainability professionals who face the same challenges as you. The Leadership for Sustainability programma focuses on building relationships and developing your own leadership skills. It covers topics such as motivating people and facilitating discussions about sustainable change. Insights from psychology, philosophy, communication studies and business administration highlight what is needed to bring about change and achieve a sustainable impact.
