Who can take part?

Are you an early-career or mid-career professional in a paid role, with a master’s degree and the ambition to develop into a strategic change agent? The programme offers two ways to take part: 1) as an internal candidate, including a position you have found yourself, and 2) as an external candidate (selection & matching).

1. Internal candidate

Are you already working on complex, global issues? Integrate the programme into your current role and enhance your knowledge, skills and strategic thinking. Or do you already have an organisation in mind that aligns with your development goals? Suggest taking part in the programme, and combine your vision with their mission.

Get started straight away in your own working environment

2. External candidate

If you are not (yet) working in a relevant role, and you cannot find a suitable position, you can apply independently and – provided you are selected from a competitive pool of candidates – you will be matched with an organisation that suits your expertise and ambitions. This way, you can get straight to work on high-impact projects.
