Learn to recognise everyone's talent
Radboud University believes that children, young people and adults with gifted abilities should not be labelled, but rather offered what they need. Professionals in education, healthcare or human resources should ask themselves every day what they want to achieve with the talent around them. And what is needed to achieve that, right now, at this moment?

Testimonials
The behaviour of children with characteristics of giftedness can show many similarities with all kinds of psychological signals that we do diagnose and often refer to psychiatry. This is incomprehensible to me.
Lotte van Dijk was inspired by one of her children to learn more about giftedness. She enrolled in the RITHA Practitioner.
“Because my partner and I were suddenly faced with the question of whether or not to take action with one of our own children, I discovered that I knew absolutely nothing about giftedness. After some searching, we found someone who could guide us in this matter: an ECHA specialist. I started to understand my child better, and also myself. I was so surprised that I had not heard a word about giftedness in my entire medical career. And yet the behaviour of children with characteristics of giftedness can show many similarities with all kinds of psychological signals that we do diagnose and often refer to psychiatry. This is incomprehensible to me.”
