Tracer Study AMID Young Professional: 1998-2020
As of March 2021, 37% (n=203) of the 543 AMID Young Professional graduates who participated in the programme between 1998 and 2020 have completed an online tracer study. The study seeks to understand the extent to which AMID is achieving its goal of closing the gap between academia and practice by empowering passionate, ambitious graduates with a multidisciplinary background to become change agents. It also sheds light on alumni's career paths and how AMID contributes to them. In terms of gender, international background and cohort of alumni, the respondents reflect the composition of the AMID alumni population. We cannot rule out that the sample is biased in terms of alumni who are currently unemployed or still working in the field of international development and those who have pursued their careers elsewhere.
