Content and approach
During this course, you will be given the tools you need to consciously start the conversation, so you contribute to a pleasant working atmosphere where there is room for openness, feedback and differences of opinion. You will practise with situations taken from your own work environment. What you learn during the course you will be able to apply directly – at work, but also in your personal life.

You can take our tailor-made courses on your own or as a team. During an intake interview, we will determine what is desirable and feasible and we will discuss the approach and design of the course. We can offer tailor-made courses at our premises or in-company. In some cases, some or all of the course can also take place online.
