Entry level
In order to qualify for this course, we expect you to have knowledge and skills of the Russian language at the B1 level. This means that you should easily be able to have a Russian conversation and that you have an extensive passive knowledge (reading and listening skills). For example, you should be able to formulate an opinion properly, and be able to congratulate someone and request medical assistance. You should be able to construct transitive and intransitive sentences and be familiar with verbs of motion.
If you completed the preceding Russian B1 course at In’to, you will automatically be able to progress to this course. If you did not complete this particular course, we will invite you to take part in a telephone intake so that we can determine whether this course is appropriate for your language level.
After completing this Russian language course, you will be able to:
- converse fluently and spontaneously on a wide range of topics;
- formulate your opinion in detail;
- understand the main ideas of complex texts, including on abstract topics;
- write clear and detailed texts on a wide range of topics.
The course focuses primarily on verbal communication, as well as reading, listening and writing skills. You will also learn more about Russian culture.
To receive a Radboud in’to Languages certificate, you need to attend 80% of the classes.
