Masterclass for NT2 teachers: Working effectively with peer consultation

Discussing challenges from your teaching practice with fellow NT2 teachers can be extremely instructive. However, things sometimes go wrong: a solution is reached too quickly, when the problem is not quite clear yet, or when everyone has not yet had a chance to give feedback. In this masterclass, you will discover how to use peer consultation to take a structured and focused approach to this type of discussion.

    General

Please note that this masterclass will be in Dutch.

Potential questions to be addressed include: “How do I take into account differences in the classroom?”, “How can I activate my course participants?”, “How do I give effective feedback?” and “How do I complete my teaching programme?”.

This masterclass will give you a clear idea of what peer consultation is, what conditions it must meet, and what skills it requires. It will also introduce you to two peer consultation models and give you tips for organising your own peer consultation within your team.
