Content and structure
During the workshop, we will be exploring the following questions:
- Understandable writing: why is it important?
- What is an appropriate language level for your readers?
- What information does your reader need, and how do you present it in an effective way?
- How can you use Generative AI as a writing aid?
We’ll walk you through the essential stages of the writing process, step by step. The workshop offers plenty of opportunity to practise and apply each step directly to your own text. Because we work with small groups, there’s lots of room for personalised feedback to help you further improve your text.

After completing this course:
- You will have a better understanding of the writing process.
- You will know how to tailor a text to your target audience.
- You will have a handy step-by-step plan to write texts that work.

Please contact our Tailor-made Department to discuss your needs. during an intake interview, we will determine what is desirable and feasible and we will discuss the approach and design of our offer, from a coaching programme to a short workshop or multi-day course. The course can take place in a small group with your team or department, but also one-on-one. Courses take place at our premises or in-company. In some cases, some or all of the course can also take place online. After the intake interview, you will receive an offer with a tailor-made programme.
