Together with Dr. Karim Sidaoui, twenty AI champions explored how to move from understanding AI to applying it strategically through three interactive segments:
- Understanding GenAI – building AI literacy and exploring how tools like Copilot and ChatGPT can drive innovation;
- Optimising AI Use – practicing responsible prompting, choosing the right tools, and addressing privacy and ethical challenges;
- AI Strategy & Integration – assessing AI maturity, identifying enablers and barriers, and aligning with internal organisational strategies and external developments.
Through reflective exercises, participants turned insight into action—creating pathways for responsible, effective, and future-ready AI adoption. The expertise, engagement, and leadership shown in this session set a strong foundation for J&J’s continued transformation.
