Experience tells us that this starts with solid training on diversity and inclusion. This helps to command respect for the manager or consultant who is in this vanguard.
The Diversity & Inclusion masterclass carries building blocks in a mix of science-based knowledge, practical skills and reflection on attitudes to really make a difference in the field of diversity and inclusion. The uniqueness of this masterclass lies in this mix and in the guidance. Yvonne Benschop and Sandra Doelman have been working together in this master class for more than 10 years, and are able to create an open and inclusive learning climate, with room for everyone's input and experiences.
A total of four themes are covered, namely; making impact with strategy, making resistance productive, multiple identity and inclusion and learning to change. These topics are covered in different working formats.
