Discover the programme below, which can be followed as a complete trajectory or flexibly adapted to your organisation’s needs.
Module 1 – Understanding generative AI: beyond the hype
In this module, participants explore the development of generative AI, and how technologies, cultural understandings, and societal impact interact. The focus is on developing a realistic and shared understanding of what AI can mean within and beyond organisations. In light of this focus, participants will sharpen their skills in thinking broadly and critically about AI narratives and myths, and how these lead to societal and behavioural changes. Participants will moreover be introduced to ways to think about the technologies behind contemporary generative AIs, as well as frameworks for responsible AI implementation and use by organisations, as established by cutting-edge academic research.
Module 2 – AI, digital literacy and integration strategy (two days)
This two-day interactive module focuses on the practical and strategic use of AI within organisations. Participants develop their AI literacy skills, including effective use and prompting with contextual and responsible awareness with tools like Copilot and ChatGPT. Furthermore, participants learn, reflect, and discuss on how to apply these tools strategically both individually and with their team and organization through maturity models and AI strategy. The module optionally includes elaboration into Agentic AI.
Module 3 – Change management practices to create responsible, internal AI adoption
Where the previous module built AI literacy and strategic awareness, this module zooms out to the organisational level to foster future-proof organising. Participants examine how AI is reshaping knowledge work and explore what it takes to lead that transformation thoughtfully. Through collaborative working, participants develop concrete plans for internal AI adoption, identifying the right change strategies, fostering the culture needed to sustain them, and ensuring human oversight remains central throughout. The module optionally includes elaboration into human-AI collaboration for innovation.
