Radboud University's reputation and a stable digital working environment are important elements that both students and employees of the university have to deal with, but also contribute to. The university traditionally offers its staff and students a high degree of independence in completing their work.
The use of the internet and ICT resources is necessary for (many of) the employees within Radboud University to do their work well. The Code of Conduct describes Radboud University's rules and sanctions regarding employees' use of ICT resources, internet and social media. The code of conduct is also known as the 'Acceptable Use Policy staff'.
This code of conduct applies to Radboud University employees, temporary employees, employees on temporary contracts, and guests of employees. They should also observe the rules of the code of conduct when using network facilities of another institution, accessing via Eduroam.
