The use of the internet and ICT resources is necessary for (many of) the employees at Radboud University in order to do their work properly. Radboud University also offers students the opportunity to use the internet for study purposes. They also have access to a Radboud mailbox and are provided with storage space for files and study data.
The use of these ICT facilities, the internet and social media is subject to rules. These are described in the Code of Conduct for Information Services for employees and students.
The Code of Conduct applies to all employees and students of Radboud University. Employees include temporary workers, employees with a temporary contract, and guests of staff members. Students also include visiting students who use the university's internet facilities. Do you use the network facilities of another institution via Eduroam? Even then, as a staff member or student, you are obliged to comply with the code of conduct.
