Naming convention for functional mailboxes of the type: shared mailbox
The name must consist of two parts. Part one describes the purpose of the mailbox; part two is the name of a (sub)unit of Radboud University. Depending on the email conventions used by that unit, part two appears either before or after the @ symbol in the email address. Examples:
- Secretariat (Part 1) ILS (Part 2), corresponding email address: secretariaat-ils [at] ru.nl
- Administrative Secretariat (Part 1) UVB (Part 2), corresponding email address: beheerssecretariaat [at] uvb.ru.nl (or beheersecretariaat-uvb [at] ru.nl (beheersecretariaat-uvb[at]ru[dot]nl))
